We do this by designing and operating coworking spaces, HQ offices, and providing hospitality services in office buildings. In order to meet our ambitious plans, we need amazing people onsite to operate bright, intuitive, welcoming spaces that function smoothly and support our guests.
About the role
We are looking for someone to assist the Experience Manager with the daily tasks required to run a coworking space effectively. This includes greeting members at the front desk, setting up the coffee/snack stations, helping with events, and distributing the mail. This role is perfect for students, parents, or anyone else who loves the flexibility of part-time work, but hates working on weekends.
- Support members with onsite needs, including simple IT/AV support
- Set up coffee, tea, and daily snack stations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members
- Greet members and guests at the front desk
- Coordinate reservations and support events
- Support overall maintenance & upkeep so our spaces look great!
We are looking for someone who is reliable, customer service oriented, and tech-savvy. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, but also able to take direction from your manager. Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering is a plus, but not required.
This is a part-time role paid hourly. We are looking for candidates who can commit between 12-24 hours per week, though we can be flexible for the right candidate. This job opening is located in Alexandria, VA, directly across the street from the Eisenhower Avenue metro station.
Pay rate is $15.20/hr
