About You
You are a people person looking for a fun and flexible part-time role. You are reliable, outgoing, organized, tech-savvy, and a good multi-tasker. You have a customer service mindset that allows you to easily develop a rapport with people, and you are comfortable solving simple IT/AV issues in an office environment. You take initiative and work well independently, but can also easily take direction from a manager. Ideally, you’re looking for a consistent weekly schedule, and you can manage your time well.

Cove Dupont is the headquarters of cove, and an app-based coworking space that tests product features before they are released to a wider audience.

About the role

We are looking for someone to take on all of the daily tasks required to run a coworking space, which includes: greeting members at the front desk, setting up the coffee/snack stations, helping with events, organizing the space, setting up technology, distributing the mail, and generally helping problem-solve as any issues arise. This role is perfect for students, freelancers, and anyone with hospitality/gym/hotel experience.

Specific Responsibilities

• Support members with onsite needs, including simple IT/AV support

• Set up coffee, tea, and daily snack stations

• Support overall maintenance & upkeep of our spaces so they stay clean and organized

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members

• Greet members and guests at the front desk

• Coordinate reservations and support events in our online dashboard

• Assist with social media posts (optional, but encouraged!)

Hours

This is a part-time, hourly role with very specific scheduling needs. We are looking for candidates who can commit around 20 hours per week, and who are available for shifts Monday - Friday 3-8pm.
