Technical Implementation Manager
About Cove
Cove is a leading provider of software solutions to owners and operators across all asset classes of commercial real estate. We are redefining real estate technology by consolidating previously-disconnected functionality and replacing legacy systems in buildings across the country, including Willis Tower - the largest multi-tenant office building in North America. Our team works closely with property managers, landlords, engineers, and tenants to simplify their real estate experience and add value to their assets. Backed by strategic investors (including Blackstone), Cove is a fast-growing startup entering a new phase of growth and we’re looking for bright, motivated, and hard-working professionals to join us.
About You
You’ve worked in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or systems integration at a B2B SaaS company, directly supporting enterprise clients and leading complex technical projects. Your previous roles involved configuring integrations with third-party platforms, managing system-level dependencies, and translating technical requirements into clear, actionable steps. You may have previously served as a Technical Implementation Specialist, Solutions Engineer, or Senior Implementation Manager. You thrive at the intersection of technical problem solving and client-facing communication, and you enjoy bringing clarity to complex integrations.
Things about you:
You are a natural problem solver, comfortable navigating technical challenges and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
You can explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way to non-technical stakeholders.
You are organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for creating documentation and repeatable processes.
You are proactive, always anticipating dependencies or roadblocks in system integrations.
You enjoy learning new technologies, digging into APIs, and understanding how platforms connect.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver results.
